Thought Control in America: The Lies of the Mainstream Media Trevor Rush March 2, 2017 0 Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on Google+ Share on Reddit Share on Pinterest Share on Linkedin Share on Tumblr For the last year or so, the American media has paraded images of rioters and looters disguised as noble resisters to what they label the evil Trump regime. From the rise and fall of Senator Bernie Sanders to the Immigration bans of President Trump’s first month in office, the media has undermined and belittled him every chance they’ve gotten. These incredibly large organizations paint him and his followers as racist, sexist, homophobes who are actively seeking to destroy the Muslim world, racial minorities, and even America itself. These claims could not be more inaccurate and deceptive, and the reasons for which he is none of these things are as follows: Donald Trump has never been accused of being a racist in the 70 years before he ran for president in 2016. Donald Trump’s 1970s lawsuit in which he was accused of discriminating against African-Americans in regards to renting units in his apartment complexes had nothing to do with him. He was simply targeted for being the head figure of the company, while the real people at fault had been lower employees who represented Trump’s organization. This is something that can be seen very often in professional lawsuits in America as well as abroad. To think Donald Trump was personally rejecting applications of African-American families as their files came across his desk is not only ludicrous, but is also extremely insulting and slanderous. All sexual assault cases that had been against Donald Trump in the past have been dropped, and not settled out of court. There was never any evidence of him committing any crime against women, unlike the husband of his competitor (which the media refuses to discuss). There is case after case of the media manipulating the words of President Trump to fit their narrative. It began when he first announced he was running for president in 2016, and it has continued into his presidency. The media paints him time and time again of being homophobic, while he is the only Republican candidate to speak out in support of the LGBTQ community. Donald Trump proudly holding the gay pride flag. Trump was the only candidate, Republican or Democrat, to be photographed wielding the flag. These lies mentioned are only but a drop in the bucket of the skewed, “alternative” facts that the mainstream media regurgitates on a daily basis. If one thing must be learned from this election cycle as well as Trump’s presidency, it is this: The American people are being lied to. It is that simple. It was not in the mainstream media’s interest for Donald Trump to become president, because this would change the status quo for decades to come. This is something that can already be seen happening today. With this said, the America has won the battle, but not yet the war. The American people have been compliant and calm for too long. It is time to demand the truth, and to demand answers as to why the most trusted news sources on the planet are the least trustworthy. These sources are designed to be on the side of the people, not the government, not the corporations, and not the establishment. A free nation depends entirely on a truthful and unbiased media. When the government and the media become one in the same, there is fascism and totalitarianism. The government, and specifically the Democratic Party, has been heavily manipulating the information that has been watched and read by the vast majority of Americans. They even required CNN provide presidential debate questions ahead of time so Hillary Clinton and her campaign staff could review and prepare for them. This is known as thought control. Writers such as George Orwell and Ray Bradbury warned of this decades ago. They painted pictures of totalitarian societies in the future that rose to power based on information control and surveillance. The American people are seeing these elements today. The establishment knows a knowledgable populace is powerful, while an ignorant populace is weak. They want the populace weak and easy to control, therefore they must resort to thought control. It has been seen before in America, from the assassination of President Kennedy, to the Gulf of Tonkin, to Benghazi in 2012. If they have lied and continue to lie about these things, what else are they lying about? These lies cannot be believed forever. The wolves are in sheep’s clothing, and they are hungry. America is in the midst of a takeover from all sides, both internally and externally. It is the duty of every American citizen to resist this tyrannical takeover with every fiber of his or her being. Now is the time to react. Now is the time to resist. Now is the time to demand answers.
